How to Apply

There are two formats of “How to apply”  

 

How to apply Format-1 “Online Job Application Form”

How to apply Format-2 “Online Job Application Form Email Format”

 

Candidates can choose to apply only in any one format of the two given formats

All the individuals who are interested will have to fill the online application form appropriate to their post.

All the Applications for all the posts will be accepted online.

 

How to apply Format-1  “Online Job Application Form”

Click on the "How to Apply" given in the vacancy page of this website. A new window will open after clicking the "How to Apply" in the last there the online Job Application Form is given click on the link given. After reading the terms and conditions click yes on the I Accept button the 'Online Job Application Form opens. Fill the "Online Job Application Form".

After filling all the information in the online application form and clicking the submit button the applicant will get an Application Number. Applicants are advised to save this Application Number in their diary or in phone for future reference.

After the successfully submission of the Application form the applicants have to deposit the amount of 630/- RS “Six Hundred Thirtyin the given bank account number as application fees in

“Application Fees” can be submitted within the four days period (4 days) after submitting the online application form. If the application fee is not submitted within four days of submitting the Application then such applications will be rejected. These four days includes the day on which the application is being sent and also the Saturday or Sunday or any other holiday. So candidates are advised to make first sure that the banks remained opened during depositing the application fees within the due date period.

If for some reasons the applicants are unable to deposit the application fees in the banks within the four days due date period then such applicants can again fill the online application form and deposit the necessary fees in the bank.

All the fees will be accepted offline through banks.

Application fees is non refundable irrespective of whether the candidates are selected for the vacancies or rejected for the vacancies.

After depositing the necessary amount of Application Fees is over the applicant will have to fill the “Payment Proof Form” (the link of payment proof form is given in contact page of this website).

During Filling the “Payment Proof Form” the applicant will have to scan the copy of the “Application Fees Payment Deposit slip” and fill “Application Number” got while filling the “Application Form and other details and submit it. 

There are different Application forms for different posts; candidates should fill the appropriate “Application Form” according to their post.

All the information in the Application Form should be mentioned correctly and truthfully; the information filled in the form will be later verified if called for skill test and interview and any such applications where the discrepancy is found in the information mentioned in the application form and the documents provided by the candidates will be enough reason for disqualification of the candidates. So applicants are advised to fill the form truthfully and correctly. No excuses will be entertained in this regard.

Where the experience is asked in the application form if candidates are filling clicking in the “YES” then applicant’s experience certificate will have to be also uploaded and your knowledge will be tested later on. If applicants can’t produce the experience certificate or if applicants’ knowledge doesn’t correspond to the experience mentioned or both happens or any of the both things happens candidates will be disqualified.

Those candidates who cannot proof their experience by any document or by any documentary evidence then such applicant should click on “NO” and no on “YES”.

All the applicants will also need to upload the scanned copy of any one government issued Id like Pan card/ Passport/ Driving license/ Voter ID/ Aadhar card/ An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the Indian republic or any state of Indian Republic, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city in India/ Military identification card during filling the form. So before filling the Application Form keep the scanned copy of the Id ready.

All the applicants will also need to upload the scanned copy of the passport size photograph in the application form. So applicants are advised to keep the scanned copy of their passport size photo ready before filling the “Online Application Form”.

Applicants will also be asked about their qualification in the application form and whatever their qualification is they should also provide the scanned copy of all their mark sheets relevant to their qualification. So applicants are advised to keep the scanned copies of their mark sheets before filling the “Application Form”.

Applicant should make sure that the scanned copies they are uploading when filing the application form is clear and are readable. In cases where the applicant has not filled the form correctly or has uploaded the scanned copies that are not readable or are not clear then such application will be rejected.

When uploading the mark sheet applicant should exercise care that the relevant scanned copy of the mark sheet must be uploaded in the appropriate column. For example where it is given upload 10th mark sheet there only 10th mark sheet should be uploaded and not any other scanned copy of mark sheet be uploaded.

Applicant must upload the scanned copies of the original documents only and should not upload the scanned copies of zerox or duplicate documents in the application form.  

 

How to apply Format-2 “Online Job Application Form Email Format”

 

 

First of all click on the link given here “Online Job Application Form Email format”

Print the “Online Job Vacancy Form Email Format”.

Fill the “Online Job Vacancy Form Email Format”

Fill the form with either with black or blue ink pen. 

Note that the boxes are provided in each box write each letter clearly in capitals only.

Fill all the relevant details in the boxes provided without overwriting or rubbing clearly

In each box only one alphabet should be filled and the alphabet should be in between the box without touching the boundaries of the box provided.

Where the choice options are given fill the appropriate circle with your pen. 

After filling the Form deposit the application fees of 630 in words “Six Hundred Thirty” in bank accounts details as given below.

After depositing the necessary amount in the bank as application fees keep the deposit slip with you. 

Scan the copy of the bank deposit slip.

Scan all your supporting documents; like passport size photo, ID proof, all the mark sheet 

Go in to your email account and from there compose a new mail. 

Write the “Job in subject upload all the scanned copies in the sequence order provided in the check list part of the “Job Vacancy Form Email Format”.

All the applicant’s are told not to send the attachment of scanned copy of the check list part of the “Job Vacancy Form Email Format” and are need to send only main format of the “Job Vacancy Form Email Format”. 


Selection Procedure

 

Fulfilling the minimum qualification criteria doesn’t necessarily mean that the applicants will be selected for the applied post.

Once the “Online Application Form” is submitted and reaches us and the Application Fees is deposited in bank the applicants have to fill the “Payment Proof Form” given in the contact page of this website. Without filling the “Payment Proof From” the application of the applicants will not be eligible for assessment.

After filling the “Application Form”, Depositing “Application Fees” in the bank and after filling the “Payment Proof Form” the application will be assessed.

The applicant will be assessed from their mark sheet and the number of marks scored, institutions.

After screening of all the Applications the suitable applicant will be called for Skill test/ Interview on a date that will be notified by the email. The selection process will be completed within a day. So out of station candidates should come with such arrangements.

Selected applicant will be notified on their phone/ SMS/ email or through registered post and will be called for interview/skill test. Those applicants who will not be selected will not be notified. So candidates are advised to check their mail once in a while and that during filling the application form should mention correct email address.

For skill test/ interview the date will be notified to the selected candidates and candidates will have to remain present on the skill test/Interview day. Skill test and interview will take place in the same day.

During the skill test and interview the original documents the competency of the applicants will be checked before the selectors.

When coming to the location for skill test and Interview the applicant will have to produce all original documents. After seeing the original copies of the documents all the documents will be returned then and there to the candidates. All the originals documents should contain the mark sheet, Id proof that have been uploaded in the application form, Experience certificate if any, date of birth certificate if any.   

Only Indian Nationals need to apply for these vacancies

No interim correspondence will be entertained in regard to the application made or selection process.

Candidates are strictly told not to do any correspondence in regard with their vacancy application or selection procedure or ask any further information in this regard. If any correspondence or any direct or indirect attempt is made in regard to knowing the application status by the applicant or by anybody on applicant’s behalf the application will be rejected at that very time. And candidates will be back listed from making any application in future.

When called for Skill test/ Interview the candidates will need to pass the “Physical Fitness Test”.

Fitness will generally be comprised of following areas

Eye test, Blood test, Blood pressure test, Sugar test, General Physical fitness test 

The fitness test is necessary for ascertaining that the applicant is fit to conduct the responsibilities during work given to them in job.

To carry the physical fitness test the candidates who are selected for the skill test/ Interview will be taken to the reputed doctor for medical checkup by the Office.

An amount of 1500”One Thousand Five Hundred” will be required to be payed as “Fitness Test fees” by the applicants on the spot in cash called for the skill test/ Interview for conducting medical examination and mentioned test on the applicant to find the fitness of the candidate as the medical fitness fees will be used for paying doctor’s fee and do carry the above mentioned tests of the candidate.  

This fitness test is essential to be passed by the fresher to be able to be selected further.

Laxity can be considered after the report of the doctor and the age to the experienced candidates.

As far as the retired applicant’s are there laxity can be given to the fitness but the extent of laxity given on the fitness will be considered on case to case basis and on the report of the doctor and any information given by the doctor.

The original report of the doctor and the tests will not be given to the candidates.

The amount of fitness test is non refundable whether the applicants pass or fail this test or pass or fail in the selection process.

The applicants will be called for fitness test/skill test/Interview on BHILAI or DURG or in Raipur city located in state of CHHATTISAGRH.

Applicants passing the fitness test or the applicants who are given laxity considering their age will be called for skill test and interview. Once the skill test and interview is over the applicants can go to their native places. After few days those candidates who are successfully selected in the interview will be notified by the email in the form of an offer letter to join the duty and will be eligible for the training.

After joining the duty one months period will of training for the fresher or less experienced candidates (except for the more experienced candidates) for which no stipend or salary will be provided in which the technicalities concerned with the job will be practiced on the ground. These one months training will be applicable to all the posts except for the Manager post. Once the training is over all the candidates will be on job.

After one month’s training the candidates will be on two months probationary period where they will be paid half of the salary. After successful completion of two months probationary period is the candidates will be entitled for the full salary. The candidates will be assessed on the probationary period and if required will be put on to another extended two months probationary period. During such two months of probationary period the salary of the candidates will be half. After the completion of two months extended probationary period the full salary will be paid.

The more experienced and retired candidates can be exempted from training or/and probationary period or can be subject to reduced period of training or/ probationary period depending on the person and his or her competencies but fresher will not be given any exemption from training or probationary.
